Delivering Care through Teleservices Technology

Online Teleservices is an easy way for our providers to work remotely with clients. The video conferencing platform HIPPA confidentiality requirements are the same as in-person meetings. 

With a single click, you can join a Social Worker or Housing Navigator for a secure video call. 

 

Once your first appointment at CHE has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the date and time for your virtual meeting with a Social Worker or Housing Navigator. 

 

On the day of the appointment, all you have to do is follow this 2-step process:

 

1. Type in the following website address: https://doxy.me/csumbche

2.  A check inbox will appear. The client will enter his/her/their name, so we will know who arrived and start the virtual meeting.
